Cheesy Road is a step-by-step crash game from SmartSoft Gaming, released on 11 December 2025. Instead of reels, you guide a little mouse across a grassy island towards pieces of cheese, choosing one of three tiles at every step. Each step raises the multiplier on your bet, but a hidden trap can end the run at any moment. The game returns 97%, takes bets from 0.10 to 100 and offers a top multiplier of 10,000x.

A Mouse On A Mission

The playing field is a green island floating in blue water, drawn in a bright, cartoon-like 3D style. A small grey mouse in a yellow shirt starts on a sandy patch at the edge of the island. Ahead of it lies a diagonal grid of tiles, and every tile hides a piece of cheese – sometimes resting on a mousetrap, in a spring-loaded bear trap, next to a live wire, on a glowing lava rock or in a cardboard box with a cat peeking out.

Each tile shows the multiplier you reach by stepping onto it, and the numbers grow the further the mouse goes: 1.05x, 1.1x and 1.5x at the start, then 2x, 5x and 10x, and far out on the island values such as 100x, 200x, 300x and 600x.

Choose Your Way

Before the first step, you set the bet with the plus and minus buttons and the message “Choose your way” appears. Three big green arrow buttons – up, right and down – decide which of the three highlighted tiles the mouse moves to next. A blue lightning button next to them appears to pick a direction automatically.

Each step shows the three possible multipliers. In our screenshots the first step offered 1.1x, 1.5x and 1.05x, a later step 1.9x, 2.1x and 2x, then 4x, 5x and 3.5x, 8x, 10x and 6x, 15x, 20x and 12x, 40x, 50x and 25x, and finally 80x, 100x and 60x.

Cash Out Or Keep Going

After every safe step, a large yellow Cash Out button shows what you would win right now. At a bet of 20 our run showed 36, then 60, 100, 200 and 400 – 20x the bet – as the mouse moved deeper into the island. Pressing the button ends the run and pays the amount shown.

In an earlier run we took the money after a few steps: the screen celebrated with “You won 36.00 DMO – 1.8x”, confetti and flying pieces of cheese, and the balance rose from 19,979.6 to 20,015.6.

When The Trap Snaps

The risk is real. The mouse moves with a lot of drama – puffs of smoke and bursts of fire accompany its steps, as in our screenshots at the 36 and 200 levels – but the real danger is the trap hidden under one of the tiles. In our longest run the mouse was electrocuted in a flash of blue light while facing the 80x, 100x and 60x tiles: the 400 on offer was lost, and the game returned to the bet selection screen with the balance unchanged at 19,995.6.

Adjusted Volatility

Slot catalogues list the variance as “Adjusted” – and that describes the game perfectly. You decide the risk yourself with every step: cashing out at 1.8x is a small, likely win, while pushing on towards 100x and beyond is a long shot. The 97% RTP is generous, and the 10,000x ceiling is only reachable for players willing to keep walking.

What The Bet Changes

Every multiplier applies to the bet you set before the first step. At a bet of 20, the 1.8x cash-out paid 36 and a 20x cash-out would pay 400; at the minimum of 0.10 the same steps would be worth 0.18 and 2; at the maximum of 100 they would be 180 and 2,000. A run that went all the way to the 10,000x ceiling would pay 1,000,000 at the top stake.

Controls

The game is designed for a tall mobile screen. The balance and bet sit at the bottom, the arrow buttons in the middle, a moon and sun toggle on the left switches between night and day views, a magnifier zooms the island, and a clock button on the right opens the game history.

Who It Is For

Cheesy Road is for players who like quick, interactive crash-style games where every decision matters. The cute mouse and colourful traps make it light-hearted, the cash-out button keeps you in control, and the ever-growing multipliers give each run real tension. It is not a slot, but a simple and very engaging risk game.
