Fortune Bells Overview

That return deserves its own line: 97.09% is the highest figure in any of these batches, and BGaming quotes it to two decimals rather than rounding it up to 97.

Bells and Gems in a Purple Sky

The reels stand in a thin gold frame against violet and rose clouds, lit from behind, with small sparks drifting past. There is no story and no character – just a very good colour palette.

The symbols split neatly in two: bells in red, purple, blue and green-striped, and cut gems as a green diamond, a purple hexagon, a blue square and a grey triangle.

Two Multipliers, Printed Permanently

The single best piece of design here sits either side of the logo, visible on every spin: Wild x2 on the left and All wins x3 on the right.

The first applies always – the wild carries a small x2 badge on the tile itself and doubles any line it completes. The second applies in the free spins, and the award screen confirms it in words.

Multiply them together and a wild-completed line inside the round is worth six times its table value. That is the whole engine of the game, and it is stated on screen rather than hidden in a rules tab.

The wild is worth looking at closely: it is not a plate lettered WILD but a pair of golden bells wreathed in flame, with the word across the top and the x2 in a small badge at the bottom right. On a grid of bells, the wild is simply a better bell.

Everything Pays From Two

The paytable is unusual in a way that matters far more than it sounds: every symbol pays from two of a kind.

The Wild leads it, and it is a paying symbol in its own right: 9,000.00 for five, 2,500.00 for four, 250.00 for three and 10.00 for two. At the 10.00 stake that top line is 900x, and two wilds return the bet exactly.

The Scatter pays too, without needing a line: 5,000.00 for five (500x), 200.00 for four, 50.00 for three and 20.00 for two.

The bells follow at 750.00 for five (red and purple), 400.00 for the blue, and all of them at 2.00 for two – a fifth of the stake.

Paying from two changes the texture of the game completely. Almost every spin produces something; the question is only whether a wild was involved.

Compare the wild’s ladder with the bells’. Five wilds pay 9,000.00; five red bells pay 750.00. The wild is worth twelve times the best ordinary symbol before its x2 is applied, and twenty-four times after.

The scatter’s ladder is worth noting as well, because it pays in two directions at once: five of them are worth 500x on their own and award the round. Most games make you choose between a scatter that pays and a scatter that triggers.

What the Base Game Paid

The small results show the mechanic at work. A pair of bells with a wild paid 4.00 with a small x2 beside it – the table’s 2.00 doubled.

The best base capture has two wilds stacked on the first two reels with bells and gems around them: 89.00 with an x2 badge, which is 8.9x the stake.

Winning lines are drawn as thin magenta traces across the grid, with the total in gold numerals over the middle reels and the multiplier badge beside it. On ten lines that stays readable even when four or five are paying at once.
