Hunter Totem Overview

Hunter Totem is a five-line forest slot from Inbet, released on 11 August 2023 according to Inbet’s own game catalogue. It uses a plain 5x3 grid with 5 fixed paylines, a carved totem as the scatter and a double-or-nothing gamble after wins. There are no free spins in this version. Inbet does not publish an RTP, volatility rating or maximum win for the game, and SlotCatalog has no figures for them either, so we leave those open.

The Animals of the Forest

Every symbol sits in a round medallion, and each one is a creature of the woods or the man who hunts them:

• the bearded hunter with his rifle
• the owl, the wolf and the black panther
• the brown bear, the deer and the red fox
• the green totem, marked SCATTER

The frame is woven from branches and vines, fireflies drift across the top, and the background is a sunny clearing with a stone totem half-hidden among the trees.

Five Lines, Simple Maths

With only five lines the game is easy to follow. The lines run across the three rows and through V shapes, and a win message under the reels tells you exactly how many of them paid – “Win on 1 line”, “Win on 3 lines”. The bet is set as a coin value per line, with steps from 1 up to 100.

What Our Spins Showed

We played the demo at a total bet of 5, one coin on each line, and the screenshots let us read the paytable from the results.

• Three foxes on one line paid 20 – four times the total bet.
• Foxes on three lines at once paid 60, exactly three lines of 20.
• Four bears across the bottom row paid 50, ten times the stake.
• A spin full of deer paid 45 on 3 lines, and another 10 on 2 lines.

At a bet of 100 a line of owls paid 1,000, again ten times the stake. The fox and the bear results line up neatly: the fox pays four times the bet for three, and the bear ten times the bet for four.

Reading the Wins in Line Bets

Because every line carries the same coin, the results are easiest to compare as multiples of the line bet. At one coin per line, three foxes paid 20 coins and four bears paid 50 coins. At a total bet of 100 – twenty coins per line – the owl line paid 1,000, which is also 50 line bets. The deer spins paid 15 coins per line on the three-line hit and 5 per line on the two-line one. With only five lines in play, a single good line can return ten times the whole stake.

Stakes

Inbet’s catalogue lists twelve bet steps for the game: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 100 coins per line. With all five lines always active, that means a total stake of between 5 and 500 coins a spin.
