Mighty Symbols: Jokers Overview

Mighty Symbols: Jokers is a five-reel, three-row video slot from Wazdan, released through the VoltEnt platform. It plays on 10 paylines and adds two bonus games to the Mighty Symbols series: Hold the Jackpot and Jokers Rampage. The published figures are an RTP of 96.14% and a maximum win of 750x the bet. Wazdan rates the game as high volatility, while SlotCatalog lists the volatility as adjustable across three settings.

A Joker on Purple Velvet

The grid sits in a gold frame against a purple background, and the star of the game is a grinning jester in a red and purple hat. He appears as a full symbol on the reels, as a green Mystery Joker, and on special Joker symbols that carry jackpot labels. Empty positions show a faded Joker face, so the reels always keep the theme even when nothing lands.

Four jackpot plaques run along the top of the screen: GRAND, MAJOR, MINOR and MINI.

The Four Jackpots

At a 100 FUN bet the plaques read GRAND 25,000, MAJOR 5,000, MINOR 2,000 and MINI 1,000. The game’s own help screen confirms the smaller three as 50x, 20x and 10x the bet, which puts the GRAND at 250x. The jackpots are fixed and scale with the stake.

The rules add one detail worth knowing: the MINI, MINOR and MAJOR Joker jackpot symbols can only be drawn through a Mystery Joker or a Mystery Jackpot Joker. Several jackpots of the same type can be won in one bonus game.

Chance Level

A column on the left of the reels offers a Chance Level setting: OFF, x2, x5 and x10. It raises the total bet in exchange for a better chance of reaching the bonus games. In our first captures the base bet was 100 FUN with Chance Level x5, and the total bet field showed 500 FUN. Switched off, the total bet goes back to the base 100.

Jokers Rampage Bonus Game

Jokers Rampage is played with 3 respins. Joker symbols stay on the grid while the rest of the reels spin again, and a Mystery Joker can turn into a Joker or a jackpot Joker. The help screen explains the payout: when the bonus game ends, the prize is the sum of the Joker line wins, including any Joker Mystery multiplier, plus the Joker jackpot wins. Jokers only pay at the end of the round.

The Joker line pays are listed for a 100 FUN bet: 2,000 for five, 1,000 for four, 500 for three and 200 for two – 20x, 10x, 5x and 2x. One of our Jokers Rampage rounds filled much of the grid with jesters and ended with a total win of 1,100 FUN.

The help screen shows the 10 paylines as small diagrams next to the Joker pays. Every Joker line win in the bonus game is counted on these lines, so a column of Jokers can connect with several lines at once – which is why a grid full of jesters can pay far more than the 20x a single five-Joker line is worth.

Hold the Jackpot Bonus Game

The second bonus game uses gold coins with cash values. In our base-game round the coins showed 100 and 200, and a red collector symbol with a treasure chest appeared among them. When the feature played out, green beams connected every coin to the collector, and the collector itself showed 2,400.

Five Ways to Buy the Bonus

The bonus buy menu offers both games and five price levels. At a 100 FUN bet they cost:

Our Double Extreme Round

We bought the Double Extreme level, and the balance dropped from 97,800 to 67,800 FUN. The grid opened with red Cash Infinity coins worth 700, 700, 800 and 800, gold coins of 300 and 400, two Mystery symbols and a Jackpot Mystery, with 3 respins on the counter.

The round finished with a total win of 15,200 FUN – 152x the bet, but only half of the 30,000 purchase price. It is a useful reminder that the most expensive buy is not a guaranteed profit, and that the 750x ceiling sets a limit on what any single round can return.

Playing the Demo

The controls sit in a strip under the reels. The balance is on the left, the bet selector in the middle offers a row of preset values, and the large round button on the right spins the reels. A small cart icon opens the bonus buy menu, and the Chance Level column stays visible beside the reels at all times, so it is easy to see which setting is active.
