Miko Festival Feature Buy

Miko Festival Feature Buy Overview

Miko Festival Feature Buy is an anime-style slot from OneTouch. The original Miko Festival came out in September 2022; this new version, released on 18 January 2024, adds a Feature Buy to the same game. It runs on 5 reels and 3 rows with 30 paylines, and SlotCatalog lists an RTP of 96.14% (with RTP variants), a maximum win of 70,200x and bets from 0.20 to 100.

The Setting

The game is set at the Gion Matsuri, Japan’s most famous festival. Paper lanterns hang over the reels, a shrine stands in the background, and a shrine maiden with a broom waits beside the grid. In the free spins the scene moves to a festival street full of stalls and confetti.

The Three Sisters Feature

According to OneTouch, the Three Sisters Feature can be triggered in the base game, and the player chooses which sister to accompany: the cheerful Kagura, the graceful Suzu or the spirited Yukata. Each brings a different game:

• Shooting Game – regular symbols in the crosshair turn into a wild or a scatter.
• Ring Toss – every reel with a ring tossed around it turns into the same symbol.
• Fortune Game – a price stick lands on a wild and reveals a multiplier or hearts.

The Symbols

SlotCatalog’s review of the original game describes eight paying symbols: five card ranks from 10 to Ace, and three high-paying symbols that show the chosen sister in different poses and coloured frames. Switching sisters changes the look of the high symbols and even the soundtrack. In the base game the specials are a Dragon Wild and a Golden Scatter.

Heart-o-Metre and the Kissing Bonus

In all three games the Heart-o-Metre fills whenever a sister lands fully stacked on the reels. Collect enough hearts and the Kissing Bonus starts, with a chance to win 200x the bet. The heart-shaped meter and the Kagura button are visible on the right of the base-game screen.

Scatters and Free Spins

The scatter is a golden shrine lantern. Our screenshot shows three of them on the reels, which starts the free spins. During the bonus the reels fill with golden fan wilds, and the sisters appear as full-height stacked symbols on the first reel. We saw two rounds: one of 16 free spins and one of 24.

The numbers fit the rules. Three or more Golden Scatters award 8 free spins, and random retriggers add 8 more each time – so our 16-spin round had one retrigger and the 24-spin round had two. The Three Sisters effects do not run during free spins; instead, the golden Wild Fans act as classic wilds.

Buying the Bonus

The BUY button on the left opens two offers. At a coin value of 1.5 and a bet of 10 they cost 1,047 and 2,463. OneTouch explains the difference: there are two Bonus Buy options, and one of them comes with an 89% chance of retriggering – the more expensive panel carries that note.

OneTouch presented the buy options as a direct answer to player demand. In the studio’s release, Head of OneTouch Madis Raus said that “buy features are extremely popular, offering a chance to quickly access the action”. The rest of the game is the 2022 original: the same reels, sisters, mini-games and Kissing Bonus.

What Our Spins Showed

We played at a coin value of 1.5 and a bet of 10. In the 16-spin round the fan wilds did most of the work: a spin with five fans across the bottom row paid 89, and the round’s total stood at 217 with one spin left. In the 24-spin round the total was 327 after 17 spins and 549 after 19, when a row of fan wilds brought a Big Win of 193. The win-line list at the bottom of the screen shows how many of the 30 lines paid at once – up to ten on a single spin.

The Numbers

The 96.14% RTP is slightly above the usual 96% benchmark, and SlotCatalog rates the volatility as medium. The 70,200x ceiling is very high for a 30-line game, which suggests that the largest results depend on the free spins, the retriggers and the Fortune Game multipliers working together rather than on the pay table alone.

Graphics and Sound

The art is bright and detailed, with the sisters drawn in classic anime style. The card royals are frosted blue, the premium symbols are portraits of the sisters, and the fan wilds carry the festival crest. Every win is marked on the screen with its line numbers.

Who It Is For

Miko Festival Feature Buy is for players who like feature-rich slots and do not want to wait for the bonus. The Three Sisters games add variety to the base game, the Kissing Bonus gives a mid-sized target, and the two buy options let you choose how aggressive the bonus should be. Of the six casinos we checked, 7gold, SunClub and LuckyBar carry it.

You can try this game on 7gold Online Casino. There’s a unique casino bonus offer of 400% up to £1500 for a limited time.
