Tiger Pot Overview

Tiger Pot – titled Tiger Pot: Hold The Spin on its own logo – is a five-reel, three-row slot from Gamzix with 10 paylines, a 96% RTP, a medium-high volatility rating and a published ceiling of 10,000x. It was released on 19 March 2025.

A note on method: the demo’s footer shows the words WIN, BET and BALANCE (FUN) but the figures beside them are cut off in these captures. We therefore quote the paytable and the win totals as the game prints them, in its own units, and do not convert them into stake multiples we cannot verify.

Gold on Red

The setting is Chinese New Year and it commits fully: deep red walls with cloud scrollwork, paper lanterns hanging in both upper corners, and strings of coins along the edges.

A golden tiger reclines along the top of the reel frame, cast like a statue, and the frame itself is gold with pagoda corners. It is the single most expensive-looking thing in this batch.

The symbols are a gold ingot, a pile of coins and jewels, a ceremonial drum and a folding fan, above card ranks from 10 to A, with a WILD plate and a tiger head marked BONUS.

The Paytable

The four premium symbols are spaced cleanly. Five ingots pay 5,000.00, five coin piles 4,000.00, five drums 3,000.00 and five fans 2,000.00 – a straight descending ladder with no surprises.

The card ranks close it at 500.00 for A and K and 400.00 for Q and J. So the spread from the best symbol to the worst is twelve and a half to one, which is moderate as ten-line games go.

The four-of-a-kind rung is where the drop happens: the ingot falls from 5,000.00 for five to 1,000.00 for four, and to 250.00 for three. The fifth symbol is worth five times the fourth on every premium in the table.

One structural point that the ladder makes clear: with the ingot at 5,000.00 and the jack at 400.00, the premiums are worth between four and twelve times the card ranks. That is a narrow enough band that a grid of aces is not a wasted spin – which is unusual, and it is why the base game pays as steadily as it does.

What the Base Game Paid

The base results are small and consistent. A grid with two wilds stacked on the first reel paid 120.00, and a spin with a wild on the third reel and a coin pile beside it returned 150.00.

The best base capture has two wilds on the outer reels with coin piles between them: 400.00. Set against a paytable whose top line is 5,000.00, the ordinary game is running at well under a tenth of its own ceiling.

The tiger BONUS symbols land in the corners of the grid and glow when three arrive – one capture catches them on the first, second and fifth reels at once, with the fifth-reel tiger outlined in gold.

The wild is a plain gold plate lettered WILD rather than a character or an object, and in our captures it arrives stacked – two on the first reel in one spin, and one on each of the outer reels in another. On ten lines a stacked outer wild is worth a good deal more than a single one in the middle.

The Bonus States Its Own Ceiling

The round opens on a red banner with the tiger above it and one line of text in gold capitals: WIN UP TO 10000X BET.

That matches the game’s published maximum win exactly, and it is printed on the entry card rather than buried in a rules screen – you see it before the first respin, not afterwards.

The card also shows a miniature of the round itself: a small grid with gold coins on it and a value plate above, so the format is demonstrated before you play it.

Hold the Spin

The round is a hold-and-respin. Coins carrying cash values lock onto the grid, the unfilled positions show as dark discs, and a RESPINS counter sits in a ring on the right rail.

Our captures catch it at 1 respin and then 0. In the first, nine coins of 200.00 sit on the grid alongside a pot symbol, with the round total on the plate beneath reading 908.33.

In the second, three coins of 300.00 and two pots are locked, and the total plate reads 1,000.00. A separate plate above the frame carries 200.00 throughout – the value of the coin most recently landed.

Note what fills the grid: the values are all 200.00 and 300.00, with the larger prizes carried by the pot symbols rather than by the coins. Nine ordinary coins and a pot come to about 900; the pots are what the name of the game points at.

There is no buy button anywhere in these captures, and no second bonus tier. On a game released in 2025 that is worth noting in its favour: the only way into the respins is to land the three tigers.

Ten Lines, Drawn Out

The info screen shows all ten paylines as numbered grid diagrams, and on a five-by-three grid that is few enough to take in at a glance.

With only ten lines and a 12.5-to-1 paytable spread, this is a game that pays modestly and often in the base, and saves its range entirely for the respins – which the medium-high volatility rating describes fairly.

The interface is a vertical column on the right rail – sound, a play arrow, the large spin key, a stake stack and a menu – with the round’s respin counter taking over the spin key’s position while the feature runs.

Who Should Play It

Tiger Pot is for players who want a good-looking Chinese New Year slot with a clean hold-and-respin round. The artwork is genuinely lavish, the paytable is a simple descending ladder, and printing WIN UP TO 10000X BET on the bonus entry card is more forthcoming than most games manage.

The reservations are a base game that in three captures never exceeded 400.00 against a 5,000.00 top line, and a respin round whose ordinary coins are worth 200.00 apiece. The pots carry the game, and they are the rarest thing on the grid.
