War Age Online Overview

War Age Online (written WarAge Online on the studio’s own site) is a medieval fantasy slot from Amigo Gaming, released in 2026. Dragons, orcs, undead knights and enchanted relics spin on a 5x3 grid with 25 fixed paylines, while three heroes – a Wizard, a Paladin and a Rogue – stand guard above the reels. Amigo Gaming rates it medium-high volatility with a maximum win of x1,200, and stakes run from 0.25 to 100 per spin.

Three Heroes and the Pile Feature

Each hero sits in a portrait above one part of the reels, labelled with their class and marked Level 20. They are the face of what Amigo calls the Pile Feature: according to the studio it “keeps the battle active with Free Games, Pin Win and Pick Game bonuses”. A blue staff and a green ring complete the low end. The gap at the top is striking: five dragons pay four times as much as five skulls, and twenty times as much as five amulets.

The Wild

The wild is a pair of crossed battle-axes in front of a horned helmet, with WILD written across it in gold. It substitutes for the regular symbols, and in our spins it did most of the work – almost every bigger win we saw had one or two axes in the middle of the line.

What Our Spins Showed

We played the base game at €100 per spin, and the wins came in a steady rhythm:

• €120.00 from two lines of green rings with an axe wild
• €200.00 from three lines, with two wilds stacked in the middle
• €220.00 from eleven lines at once – the first three reels were covered in rings, so almost every payline crossed a winning combination
• €300.00 from three lines of orcs, again with two wilds

None of these is large on its own – 1.2x to 3x the stake – but they show how the 25 lines behave: a cluster of the same low symbol on the left reels can light up a whole bundle of lines together.

Bonus Chests

The bonus symbol is a golden treasure chest with a skull emblem. In one of our spins at €75, three chests landed – on the first, third and fifth reels – and the next thing on screen was a bonus round in front of the castle.

The Paladin’s Pick Game

The Paladin himself leads this round. Twenty-odd chests stand on a cobbled road in front of a castle, and above them four jackpot plaques are shown, at the €75 stake:

• Ultraviolet: €75,000 – 1,000x the bet
• Red: €37,500 – 500x
• Blue: €18,750 – 250x
• Green: €7,500 – 100x

Each plaque has a row of gem slots underneath. Opening a chest either adds a gem to one of the colours – “+1 Blue”, “+1 Red”, “+1 Green”, “+1 Ultraviolet” – or reveals a cash prize; ours included two of 750.00, 10x the bet each.

Our round ended at €76,500.00. The arithmetic is exact: the Ultraviolet jackpot of €75,000 plus the two 750.00 prizes. That is 1,020x the stake, and the balance confirmed it – from €250 before the round to €76,750 when we opened the paytable afterwards.

The Jackpot and the Ceiling

The Ultraviolet jackpot alone is 1,000x, and the game’s published maximum is 1,200x. So the top prize of the pick game is five sixths of the whole slot’s ceiling – winning it, as we did, puts you almost at the limit in one round. Everything else in the game, including a line of five dragons at 48x, is small by comparison.

Buying the Bonus

The Buy Your Bonus screen offers a single option, the Random Bonus, which shows the three heroes and a stack of chests. Graphics and Setting

The reels float in a gold frame against a stormy purple sky, with dark mountains on either side. The symbols are painted in rich, glossy detail – the dragon’s scales, the orc’s tusks, the glowing eyes of the skeleton knights – and the three hero portraits above the reels each have their own colour glow. The pick game switches to a warm sunset scene in front of a castle, which makes the bonus feel like a separate chapter.
