What The Duck Overview

What The Duck is a scratch card from Spinmatic, released on 10 May 2023. The ticket is drawn as a grumpy duck’s pink-and-brown trousers, and the idea is simple: scratch the pocket and see whether any of your numbers match the winning ones. The RTP is 92%, and the ticket itself promises “Win up to €20.000”.

How a Ticket Works

Each ticket in our session cost €2, shown in the corner of the card. At the top, the waistband holds three Winning Numbers. Below them the pocket hides eight Your Numbers hearts, each with a prize printed under the number. Scratch them one by one, or press Scratch All to reveal the whole card at once. Every ticket carries its own serial code at the bottom.

What Our Tickets Showed

• One ticket had the winning numbers 3, 9 and 7. The first scratched hearts revealed 1 (200), 5 (20K), 15, 21 and 22 – no match, and the card ended at €0.00.
• Another, with 13, 14 and 9 on the waistband, finished with a WIN of €4.00 – twice the ticket price. Its hearts carried prizes such as 11 (1K), 18 (10K), 19 (20K) and 12 (5K).

Prizes and the Top Win

The printed prizes on the hearts run from small amounts up to 20K, which matches the €20,000 headline. On a €2 ticket that is 10,000x the price, the same maximum SlotCatalog lists for the game.

Controls and Balance

The bar along the bottom shows the Bet Amount (€2.00 throughout our session), the balance and the last result under You Won. The balance tells the story of the tickets in order: €9,998.00, then €9,996.00, then €9,994.00, one €2 card at a time, with the €4.00 win showing under You Won on the last ticket. A fast-forward button next to Scratch All speeds things up, and an info button on the right opens the rules.

Look and Theme

Everything is hand-drawn: a bright green background covered in hearts, the chunky “What the Duck? Scratch” logo, and orange duck feet sticking out below the trousers. When a ticket wins, a large golden WIN banner covers the pocket.
