World of Lord Witch King Overview

World of Lord Witch King is a fantasy shooting game from KA Gaming, released on 20 April 2023. It is not a reel slot: it works like the studio’s fishing games, except that the targets are winged monsters, dragons and hooded wraiths flying over a volcanic cave. SlotCatalog lists an RTP of 96% (the game comes in several RTP versions) and stakes from 0.01 to 10 per shot. The studio does not publish a maximum win.

Setting

The room menu is drawn in a haunted blue forest, while the battles take place in a dark purple cave with glowing lava cracks in the floor. The artwork is cartoon-style, and SlotCatalog tags the theme with darkness, demons, dragons, witches and horror. The monsters usually arrive in formations – a row of five pale griffins, three golden spiked birds or a pair of winged lions – so one volley can hit several of them.

Choosing a Room

The game starts with a room selection. The Bronze room takes shots from 0.01 to 0.10, the Silver room from 0.10 to 1.00 and the Gold room, whose card shows a crowned sorcerer with a staff, from 1.00 to 10.00. Inside a room the shot value is changed with the minus and plus buttons.

How It Plays

Each player sits at the bottom edge of the screen as a small witch with a blue hat. You aim at the monsters, every shot costs the selected stake, and a monster that goes down pays out in gold coins. Other players can share the room; our screenshots show a second shooter next to ours. The targets include gargoyle-like imps, bats, winged lions, pale griffins, red and white dragons, sea serpents and hooded reapers.

Weapons and Buttons

Four buttons sit in the lower right corner: Explode, Power, Auto for continuous shooting and Lock, which keeps the shots on one chosen target.

Prize Wheels

Some monsters drop a coloured prize wheel when they fall. The wheels in our screenshots stopped on 20.00 and 15.00, and single hits paid 20.00, 2.00 and 0.74. Every payout flies into the balance as a stream of gold coins, and the balance field at the bottom left shows the player’s ID above the amount.

Numbers

SlotCatalog files the game under “Other types”, with no reel layout or betways, and gives only the 96% RTP. The demo on the left runs on free-play credits in the browser.
