1 Reel - Kami Reign is a single-reel game from Spinomenal, released on 23 April 2026 as part of the studio’s 1 Reel series. The whole game is one window showing one symbol per spin – a 1x1 layout with a single way to win – and the prizes come from three symbol ladders and a bank you can cash out at any time. A Shrine Under the Cherry Trees

The single reel sits in a wooden frame in front of a dark temple, with sakura blossoms and twisted trees on both sides and the gold 1 Reel Kami Reign logo above. The symbols are spirits from Japanese folklore: a dark-haired woman with fox ears, a red-faced horned oni and a golden third spirit, plus a black spider that has its own special role.

Three Ladders and a Jackpot

The paytable on the left shows a ladder of five steps for each character, and every time a character lands, its ladder climbs one step. According to the game’s configuration the steps are worth:

The Bank and the Collect Button

The BANK under the reel adds up the current step of each ladder. In our session the fox woman landed and the bank showed 10 (x1); she landed again and it rose to 20 (x2). Then the oni arrived: his x3 step took the bank to 50, and his next landing, at x8, took it to 100 – 20 from the fox woman plus 80 from the oni.

The large green COLLECT button pays the bank out. The risk is the spider: on our next spin it landed with the words RESET BANK, and the bank dropped straight back to 0. Every spin is a choice between collecting what you have and chasing the next step.

What the Ladders Are Worth

The three ladders are very unequal. The fox woman is the everyday symbol: even at her top step she adds only 12x, which is 120 at a bet of 10. The oni is the middle tier, and his last step jumps from 30x to 100x. The golden spirit starts where the others end – her very first step is worth 10x, as much as our entire bank after four spins – and her top step is 250x.

If all three ladders reached the top at the same time, the bank would hold 12x + 100x + 250x = 362x. That is still below the 500x jackpot, which is why the jackpot panel stays the headline prize. Our captures do not show what triggers it, so we do not guess.

Cost of Chasing

Every spin costs the full bet, whatever happens to the bank. Our balance went from 4,840 to 4,830, 4,820 and 4,810 over the four spins that built the bank up to 100, and it stood at 4,790 after the spider reset it. Chasing a big ladder step therefore has a real price, and collecting early is often the sensible move.
