10 Lucky Sevens Overview

10 Lucky Sevens is a classic fruit slot from GameArt, released on 7 November 2023. It plays on a 5x3 grid with 10 fixed paylines, and it keeps the formula of the series simple: plums, lemons, oranges, grapes, watermelons, cherries and golden bells on the reels, and a lucky 7 wild that can take over whole reels. The game's own configuration gives a 96.14% RTP and a maximum win of 3,131x the bet. SlotCatalog lists the game with 94% and marks it as having RTP ranges, so the version your casino runs may differ.

The Series

This is the middle entry of GameArt's Lucky Sevens trio. 5 Lucky Sevens is the leanest version with five lines and a 1,951x top prize, and 40 Lucky Sevens spreads the same idea over 40 lines on a taller grid. 10 Lucky Sevens sits between them.

The Lucky 7 Wild

The heart of the game is the lucky 7 WILD. It lands only on the middle three reels, and when it appears it expands to fill its whole reel, glowing gold with the WILD label on every position. A full wild reel in the middle of the grid touches every payline that runs across it, so a single expansion can complete several lines at once.

SlotCatalog describes the feature as an expanding wild with a re-spin and lists sticky wilds as well: an expanded wild reel stays in place while the other reels spin again. That is the classic lucky-sevens loop, and it is why the reels in the middle matter far more than the fruit around them.

What Our Spins Showed

We played the demo at a $50 stake, which works out to $5 per line, and later at a $10 stake.

The first win was a straight fruit spin with no wild at all: lemons stacked on the first three reels connected across several lines and paid $200, four times the bet.

Two other spins show the wild at work. With the lucky 7 filling the third reel, a row of oranges on the left connected through it for another $200. With the wild on the second reel, the next spin paid $300 – six times the bet – as cherries, lemons and grapes lined up on both sides of it.

At the $10 stake, a wild on the second reel sat between lemons, oranges, watermelons and grapes, and the lines it crossed added up to $120, or 12x the bet.

Buying the Respin

The lightning button opens the Buy Bonus panel. It offers a single option, the Respin with a guaranteed lucky 7 wild, and at a $50 bet it costs $500 – exactly 10x the stake. The price scales with your bet, so the same 10x applies at any stake.

For comparison, the five-line game in the series sells its respin for 7x. The higher price here matches the extra lines: a guaranteed wild reel crosses more paylines on a ten-line grid, so it is worth more to the player.

The Card Gamble

Every win can be taken to the gamble screen. A face-down card sits in the middle, and you choose either a colour or a suit:

  • Red or black doubles the win (x2).
  • Hearts, diamonds, spades or clubs quadruples it (x4).

In our session a $220 win was on the table, so the colour pick offered $440 and the suit pick $880. The screen also showed five gambles remaining, which is the cap on how many times one win can be pushed.

Graphics and Setting

The look is a modern take on a fruit machine. The reels sit in a gold frame on a warm red and orange background with diagonal light streaks, the fruit is glossy and detailed, and the 10 Lucky Sevens logo sits in gold script above the grid. Winning lines are drawn as glowing orange lines across the reels, and a round BONUS badge sits to the left of the frame.

The Numbers

  • Layout: 5x3, 10 fixed paylines
  • RTP: 96.14% (game configuration); 94% on SlotCatalog, with RTP ranges
  • Maximum win: 3,131x the bet
  • Respin buy: 10x the bet
  • Gamble: colour x2, suit x4, up to five times

Who It Is For

10 Lucky Sevens is for players who like classic fruit slots with one clear feature to watch. There are no free spins and no jackpot ladder: the game lives and dies by the lucky 7 wild on the middle reels. One wild reel turns ordinary fruit lines into multi-line wins, the 10x respin buy lets you skip straight to it, and the card gamble is there when you want to push a win further.
