3 Totem Animals Overview

3 Totem Animals is a safari slot from Amigo Gaming, released in October 2025. A cheetah, antelope and other savanna animals spin on a 5x3 grid with 25 paylines, set against golden grassland, acacia trees and a hazy African sky. Three carved totems – a blue hippo, a red lion and a green elephant – stand above the reels. Amigo Gaming rates the game high volatility with a maximum multiplier of x1,400. Stakes run from 0.25 to 100 per spin.

The Three Totems

The totems are the game’s Pile Collector, and each has its own plaque and its own feature:

• Blue hippo – Free Games. Its plaque read 24 FG in our session.

Expanding Wilds

The wild is a tall red-and-gold WILD totem, and in our screenshots it appears expanded over a full reel. In one spin two of them covered reels two and three completely, and the game paid €1,140 on 16 lines at a €100 bet – 11.4x the stake from a single base-game spin. In another, one expanded wild on the middle reel joined stacks of Ks for €340 on 17 lines.

That is the real engine of the base game. With 25 lines and a full reel of wilds in the middle of the grid, almost every line passes through a wild, and even low symbols like the K and J suddenly pay on a dozen or more lines at once.

Buying the Bonus

The Buy Your Bonus screen offers the Random Bonus, pictured as three stones: a blue water drop, a green leaf and a red flame – one for each totem. At a €37.50 bet it costs €3,075, which is 82x the stake. As the name says, the game picks the feature. After our purchase the balance dropped from €3,480 to €405, and the three stones landed on the reels: the blue drop on reel one, the green leaf on reel three and the red flame on reel five.

The Pick’Em Bonus

The red lion’s feature opens with a PICK’EM BONUS screen and moves to the open savanna, where fifteen meerkats pop out of their burrows. Each pick reveals a +1 for one of four jackpots, and three of the same colour win it. At the €37.50 stake the jackpots were:

• Ultraviolet: €37,500 – 1,000x
• Red: €18,750 – 500x
• Blue: €9,375 – 250x
• Green: €3,750 – 100x

Our board filled up with +1 tokens in all four colours before the third Blue arrived and closed the round at €9,375, the 250x prize. That is more than three times the 82x price of the bonus buy.

The Pin Win Bonus

The green elephant’s feature switches the whole screen to green. Glowing orbs with cash values lock onto the grid, and a counter above the reels tracks the respins – it read 4 in our screenshot. The values on the board were multiples of the €37.50 stake: €37.50 (1x), €75 (2x), €112.50 (3x), €187.50 (5x) and €300 (8x). Above the grid sit four prizes:

Is the Bonus Buy Worth It?

Our two bonus rounds show how wide the range is. The Pick’Em we got from the Random Bonus paid 250x on an 82x purchase – a very good result. But the same buy could just as well have produced a Pin Win with a handful of 1x to 8x orbs, and the Pick’Em itself can end on the 100x Green. The sister game 3 Muertos illustrates the other side: there our 98x Random Bonus turned into a Pin Win that paid only 17x. The buy guarantees a feature, not a profit, and at high volatility the spread between outcomes is wide.

Reading the Screen

Below the reels the game shows the balance on the left, the current win in the middle and the stake on the right, with “LINES PLAYED” above the win – the number of lines that paid on that spin.

Where the 1,400x Comes From

Both bonus games top out at 1,000x – the Ultraviolet in the pick game and the ULTRA in the Pin Win. The x1,400 maximum is that top prize plus the values collected on the board around it. Graphics and Setting

The savanna is painted in warm yellows and oranges, with flat-topped acacias, distant hills and a heat haze on the horizon. The reels are framed in carved wood with tribal patterns and tusks, and the letters are drawn in gold and purple. Each bonus has its own colour world: orange grassland for the pick game, deep green with lightning for the Pin Win.
