5 Heart Deluxe is a classic fruit slot from Redstone, released through Fazi on 21 April 2026. It plays on a 5x3 grid with 5 fixed paylines, returns 96.45% at low volatility, and offers a top prize of 1,222x the bet. The rules are short: a red heart wild, a purple star scatter and a paytable where the lucky 7 stands far above everything else.

Red, Gold And Hearts

The game is dressed in warm red from edge to edge. The reels sit in a thin gold frame on a deep red background, and the “5 Heart Deluxe” logo glows in gold at the top with small hearts floating beside it. Winning symbols light up in fiery orange boxes, a thin gold line traces the winning payline, and the total win appears in big gold numbers under the reels.

The symbols are the classics: a red lucky 7, grapes, a watermelon, a red star, a golden bell, and lemons, oranges, plums and cherries. The special symbols are a glossy red heart with a gold outline and a purple star. Hollow heart outlines also appear on the reels, so it pays to look closely for the filled ones.

The controls are the same minimal set Redstone uses in its other Deluxe games: balance and stake on the left, a history button and a round spin button on the right.

The Paytable

All our screenshots were taken at a stake of 10, spread over the five lines. At that stake the paytable shows:

Lucky 7 – 6,000 for five, 400 for four, 100 for three, 20 for two
Grapes and watermelon – 1,000 / 200 / 80
Red star – 1,000 / 200 / 30
Bell – 400 / 100 / 40
Lemon, orange, plum and cherries – 200 / 60 / 20
Purple star – 200 for three

Five 7s on a line are worth 600x the stake, fifteen times more than four. That enormous last step is what gives the game its top prize, while the rest of the table stays modest.

With a stake of 10 and five lines, each line carries 2. Three of a kind of the cheapest fruits pay 20 – ten times the line bet, or twice the total stake – so even the smallest line win returns more than a spin costs. Four of a kind pay 60 and five pay 200, which means a single line can be worth anywhere from 2x to 20x the stake before the 7s even come into play.

The Heart Wild

The filled red heart is the wild, and our screenshots show it working as a plain substitute – it completes lines but does not multiply them. A heart on the second reel between two grapes on the first and third reels made three grapes and paid 80, exactly the paytable value. With a watermelon pair and a grapes pair on the first two reels and two hearts next to them on the third, the spin paid 80 + 80 = 160.

The hearts are most useful when they stack. In one spin hearts on the second and fourth reels joined cherries across the grid: three lines of four cherries at 60 each paid 180. In another, a heart on the fourth reel completed a full line of five cherries along the bottom row – 200 – and a second line of four added 60, for 260 in total.

Every Win Adds Up

With just five lines, every result is easy to check. Five oranges along the bottom row paid 200, the five-of-a-kind value. Three plums on three lines paid 3 × 20 = 60. Two lines of three oranges paid 40. The maths never hides anything, which is a big part of the appeal of this kind of game.

Our Wins At A Glance

Put together, our screenshots give a good picture of what the game pays at a stake of 10:

40 – two lines of three oranges (4x)
60 – three lines of three plums (6x)
80 – three grapes with a heart wild (8x)
160 – watermelons and grapes, both completed by hearts (16x)
180 – three lines of four cherries (18x)
200 – five oranges on the bottom row (20x)
260 – five cherries plus a line of four (26x)

What stands out is how often several lines pay at once. On a 5x3 grid with five lines, the same symbols appearing on neighbouring rows easily make two or three lines at the same time, especially when a heart sits in the middle.

The Purple Star

The purple star is the scatter. It pays 200 for three – 20x the stake – wherever it lands. It is the only way to win without a line, and it is worth as much as five of the cheapest fruits.

Low Volatility In Practice

The balance in our screenshots moved between 430 and 980 at a stake of 10 – small drifts rather than big swings, with wins of 40 to 260 along the way. That is exactly what low volatility should look like: regular small hits, a few better ones when the hearts line up, and the 7s as a rare big prize.

Waiting For The 7s

None of our screenshots paid on 7s, and that is normal for a symbol worth 600x for five. In one spin a single 7 landed on the first reel with nothing to join it. Because the 7 is the only symbol that pays for two, a pair on the first two reels already returns 20 – twice the stake – but the big money needs all five reels, ideally with a heart or two helping out in the middle.

If you like this format, Clover Deluxe 2x from the same studio uses an almost identical setup, but its blue clover wild doubles the wins it touches – a bit more punch than the plain heart wild here.

Who It Is For

5 Heart Deluxe is for players who want a traditional five-line fruit machine with nothing to learn. The wild and scatter are easy to follow, the low volatility keeps sessions calm, and the 96.45% RTP is solid. Players looking for free spins or bonus rounds will not find them here.
