Classic Multihand Blackjack is a card game from BGaming, released on 28 August 2025. You can play up to three hands at once against the dealer, and each hand is settled separately.

The Table Rules

The felt carries the rules in large letters: Blackjack pays 3 to 2, dealer hits on soft 17 and insurance pays 2 to 1. According to BGaming, insurance costs half the stake and is offered when the dealer’s first card is an ace. You can double down for one more card, and the first two cards of equal rank can be split once – re-splitting is not allowed.

Placing the Bets

Chips of 1, 5, 25, 100 and 2,500 FUN sit along the bottom, and the three betting circles each take their own stake. In our round the hands carried 2,540, 2,000 and 3,500 FUN, for a total bet of 8,040 FUN. Buttons for Bet x2, Deal and Rebet sit below the table, and hints and turbo mode are available from the menu.

How Our Round Played Out

The dealer showed a 5. Our first hand started at 5, took a 3 on a double down and finished on 8; the second hand drew to 19; the third hand went 9, 5, 8 and busted. The dealer then drew 10 and K for 25 and busted as well, so the first hand paid 10,160 FUN on its doubled stake and the second hand paid 4,000 FUN. The balance finished at 14,580 FUN.

What the Rules Mean in Practice

A 3 to 2 payout for a natural blackjack is the rule to look for, and this table has it. The dealer hitting on soft 17 slightly favours the house compared with a table where the dealer stands, and insurance at 2 to 1 is usually a poor bet unless you are counting cards. Because every hand is settled on its own, a strong hand can still win when another one busts – exactly what happened in our round. The in-game hints suggest the basic-strategy move for each decision.
