Every slot is scored on the same four criteria, using the game's published data: RTP (40%), maximum win potential (25%), bonus features described in our review (30%) and how recent the release is (5%). Our editors can adjust a score after playing the game. Missing data counts as neutral. The score reflects the game's numbers and features, not your chances of winning; slots are games of chance, so please play responsibly.

Dead Night OverviewDead Night is a Halloween-style horror slot from Foxi (Fazi), released on 25 September 2023. It runs on a 5x4 grid with 40 fixed paylines, set in a moonlit graveyard with a haunted castle, a crow on a dead branch and candles flickering on the tombstones. SlotCatalog lists a 96.29% RTP and stakes from 0.20 to 500 per spin; no maximum win or volatility rating has been published. The SymbolsEverything on the reels belongs to a horror night. The symbol set includes pink brains, bats in blue rune circles, grasping zombie hands, bloodshot eyeballs, a white ghost, a purple black cat medallion, a green BONUS tombstone and the wild – a burning skull with a red “W” on its forehead. The wild often lands stacked, and that is where most of the bigger wins in our session came from. What Our Spins ShowedWe played at a total bet of 30.00 – 0.75 per line across the 40 lines, with one credit worth 0.01 USD. The win panel under the reels gave us a clear picture of how the game pays:
With 40 lines on a four-row grid, the same symbol connects on many lines at once. That is why the brains and bats could reach 10x and more without a feature. How the Wins ComparePut side by side, our seven results show how much the grid layout matters. The two brain wins – 390.00 and 67.50 – came from the same symbol, yet the first was almost six times larger: in the big one, brains covered most of the top two rows and connected on many lines, while the small one used only a handful of positions. The bat win of 300.00 followed the same pattern, with bats stacked across three reels. The wild made the difference in the middle of the range: the 240.00 zombie-hand win needed only two columns of hands because the full skull reel carried the lines through. In other words, Dead Night rewards stacks. A single symbol type or a tall wild spread over several reels is what moves a spin from 2x to 10x and beyond. The Wild SkullThe burning skull substitutes for the regular symbols and tends to arrive in stacks. In the 240.00 win it filled all four positions of the middle reel, so two columns of zombie hands on the left were enough to connect several lines through it. In the 150.00 and 90.00 wins the skull stood two or three positions tall on the second and third reels, bridging bats and eyes across the grid. Bet Setup and ControlsThe 40 lines are fixed, so the only choice is the bet per line. The bottom bar shows the whole calculation: 1 credit = 0.01 USD, a line bet of 0.75, and a total bet of 30.00. The credit, win and total bet meters sit side by side, so after each spin you can see at a glance what came back. To the right are the Gamble and Auto buttons and a large green Take Win button, which collects a win without risking it. A small history icon at the top right of the reels opens the record of recent rounds, and a “DEMO” label in the corner marks the free-play version. Two Jackpots on the DisplayThe panel at the bottom left alternates between two jackpot meters. During our session the Diamond Jackpot stood at 4,506.06 and the Platinum Jackpot at 162.36. The figures are shown with cents, which suggests running pools rather than fixed prizes; the game does not explain on the reels how they are won, so we treat them as a snapshot. Bonus and GambleThe green BONUS tombstone is the game’s scatter. SlotCatalog lists free spins among the features, and the tombstone is the symbol that leads to them; our screenshots did not catch the round itself. After every win, the Gamble button next to Take Win offers a double-or-nothing risk game, a feature Fazi includes in most of its slots. Graphics and AtmosphereThe art is dark but colourful: a full moon, a Gothic castle silhouette, a crow and an “RIP” tombstone frame the reels, and candles glow at the bottom corners. The “Dead Night” logo is set in red letters with a skull in the middle, and each win pulses with a green payline and a large “WIN” banner across the grid. More From Foxi (Fazi)Fazi’s catalogue is mostly built on classic fruit machines, so a horror theme is a change of pace. For the traditional side of the studio, Gold Line uses a golden middle row that pays five times more than the other lines. Who It Is ForDead Night is for players who want a straightforward line slot with a spooky theme. Forty fixed lines, stacked wilds and a clear win panel make it easy to follow, and the two jackpot meters add something to watch between spins. All six casinos we checked carry it.
