Enchanted Grove Overview

Enchanted Grove is a forest-themed video slot from Inbet Games, released on 4 August 2023. It runs on a classic 5x3 grid with 30 paylines, and the action is built around two things: a carved totem wild that likes to arrive in stacks, and a masked scatter that pays wherever it lands. There is no free spins round – Inbet’s own game catalogue lists the title with a gamble feature but without free games – so every win comes straight from the reels. Stakes run from 0.10 to 300 per spin.

The Symbols of the Grove

The reels are set inside a hollow tree, framed by vines, with a misty woodland behind them. The premium symbols are the forest’s inhabitants, painted inside round medallions: a tiger, a bear, a wolf, a fox and a deer. Two human characters complete the set – a red-haired archer with a bow and a bearded hunter in a leather coat. The special symbols are both carved totems: the blue-faced totem marked WILD, and the red-and-green mask marked SCATTER.

Stacked Wilds

The wild is the engine of the game. In our screenshots it does not arrive alone: we saw it stacked two and three high on the first reel, on the second reel and on the last reel. A full column of wilds on reel 1 means that every one of the 30 lines starts with a substitute, and that is exactly how the biggest win in our session happened.

What Our Spins Showed

We played at 1 credit per line, 30 per spin, and the message bar under the reels says how many lines paid each time, which lets us check the maths.

• Super Win 700 – “Win on 30 lines”, with a full stack of three wilds on the first reel. That is 23.3x the stake, and every line on the board contributed.
• 136 on 20 lines – wilds stacked on reels 1, 2 and 5, with the red-haired archer filling the gaps.
• 104 on 13 lines – tigers across the first three reels with two wilds on reel 1: 13 lines at 8 each.
• 70 on 11 lines – the bearded hunter stacked on the first reel and joined on the second.
• 16 on 4 lines – a single wild and the archer on the bottom row, 4 per line.

The pattern is clear: a single line pays modestly, but stacked symbols and stacked wilds multiply the number of lines that pay at once. The 104 and the 136 are both made of many small line wins rather than one big one.

Setting the Stake

The control bar under the reels is simple. The left box shows the coin value – 1 FUN in the demo – next to the balance, and on the right two buttons show LINES 30 and BET 30: the number of active lines and the total stake, which is the line bet multiplied by the lines. An AUTO button starts autoplay, and the large round button spins or, after a win, switches to TAKE. When a win is on the screen, the button next to it changes to RISK, which is the way into the gamble. The message bar in the middle reports each result in plain words, for example “Win on 13 lines”, so it is always clear how a total was built.

Scatters That Pay Anywhere

Three scatter masks landed on the second, fourth and fifth reels in one of our spins, and the game paid 150 – 5x the total bet – with the message “You won: 150! TAKE win or RISK”. The scatters do not need to sit on a payline, and the win is calculated on the whole stake rather than per line.

The Risk Game

Any win can be taken to the risk game, a card gamble on a green forest screen. A face-down card with blue butterflies waits in the middle, and you choose:

• Red or Black – pays x2. On our 80 win the screen offered 160.
• One of the four suits – pays x4, 320 on the same 80.

A row of previous cards sits in the top right corner, and a TAKE 1/2 button lets you bank half of the win and keep gambling with the other half – a useful middle ground that not every gamble screen offers.

Other Versions

Inbet has since re-released the game in three single-line formats – Enchanted Grove (Reel Respin), Enchanted Grove (Pull Tabs) and Enchanted Grove (3x3), all added to the catalogue in April 2026. The original reviewed here is the 30-line version, and it remains the one with the stacked wilds and the scatter pays.

Data and Sources

Inbet does not publish an RTP, a volatility rating or a maximum win for Enchanted Grove, and SlotCatalog lists all three as N/A, so we do not quote them. The release date and the 30 lines come from Inbet’s own catalogue; SlotCatalog files the game under the ABXplay name, while the casinos we checked list it as Inbet.
