How we rate games

Every slot is scored on the same four criteria, using the game's published data: RTP (40%), maximum win potential (25%), bonus features described in our review (30%) and how recent the release is (5%). Missing data counts as neutral. The score reflects the game's numbers and features, not your chances of winning; slots are games of chance, so please play responsibly.

Epic SixSixSix is the souped-up version of SixSixSix from Hacksaw Gaming, released on 10 October 2026. Two grinning cartoon devils, Balthazar and Beelzebub, dance with their pitchforks on either side of a black-and-white grid, and the whole game looks like an old rubber-hose cartoon that took a wrong turn into hell. It runs on 5 reels and 4 rows with 14 fixed paylines, the RTP is 96.27%, the volatility is at the very top of the scale and the maximum win has been pushed up to 20,666x the bet.

A Cartoon Inferno In Black And White

Almost everything in the base game is drawn in grey, black and white: an axe, a hand mirror, a bowl, a reaper ghost, a skull-faced potion bottle, a bat-winged demon head, a cross of bones and a holy book. Only the special symbols bring colour, which makes them easy to spot: the turquoise Blue 6, the blood-red Red 6 and the white glove making the devil horns sign. When the free spins start, the cracked stone background is replaced by red flames, and the two small devils are joined by a huge horned boss in a white suit who points at the reels during every spin.

Symbol Values

Wins pay for three, four or five matching symbols along any of the 14 lines, from the leftmost reel. The five low symbols pay 3x the bet for five of a kind. The next two symbols pay 10x, the two after them 15x, and the single premium symbol tops the table with 50x for five on a line.

How The Wicked Wheels Work

The Blue and Red 6 symbols can only land on reels 1, 3 and 5, and never more than one per reel. Each 6 that lands turns into a Wicked Wheel in the same position. The wheel spins, and the arrow decides the prize. If more than one wheel is active, they are collected from left to right, so the order of the results matters.

The Blue Wicked Wheel is the only one in the base game. Its slices hold adding multipliers of 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 50x and 100x, multiplying factors of x2, x3, x4, x5 and x10, a 6 symbol that triggers free spins, and even an instant max win. The Red Wicked Wheel is much stronger: adding multipliers of 5x to 500x and multiplying factors from x3 up to x20, plus the max win slice.

Three Rounds Of Free Spins

The free spins depend on how many 6 symbols the wheels show at the same time in the base game:

  • Speak of the Devil – one 6 on a wheel: 10 free spins with a higher chance of both Blue and Red Wicked Wheels;
  • Let Hell Break Loose! – two 6s at once: 10 free spins where Blue wheels disappear and Red wheels land more often;
  • What the Hell – three 6s at once: 10 free spins with a guaranteed Red Wicked Wheel on every spin.

Deal With The Devil

After Speak of the Devil or Let Hell Break Loose! is triggered, the game offers a gamble. Accepting it spins a separate Deal Wheel with the values 5, 8, 12, 16 and 20, plus a 6 symbol. A number replaces the original 10 free spins, so the round can become longer or shorter. The 6 upgrades the bonus to the next level: Speak of the Devil can become Let Hell Break Loose!, and that one can become What the Hell. You cannot be downgraded, and after an upgrade you can deal again once more. What the Hell is the top level, so no deal is offered there.

Bonus Buy And FeatureSpins

The Buy Bonus button on the left opens six options. Three are FeatureSpins, which stay active and are charged on every spin until you switch them off:

  • Wicked FeatureSpins for 50x per spin, with a higher chance of Wicked Wheels;
  • Red Wicked FeatureSpins for 100x, with a Red wheel guaranteed on every spin;
  • High Roller FeatureSpins for 2,000x, with a guaranteed Red wheel and, on average, a 1 in 11 chance of the max win.

The other three buy a bonus round directly: Speak of the Devil for 100x, Let Hell Break Loose! for 250x and What the Hell for 1,000x the bet. The RTP of the buy options stays between 96.23% and 96.35%, depending on the option and on whether you take the Deal with the Devil.

What The Hell In Practice

At a €2 stake, we went straight for the top bonus and paid €2,000 for What the Hell. The bought round opens with a trigger spin: three 6 symbols land on reels 1, 3 and 5, the first Wicked Wheel spins on the left of the grid, and a parchment scroll announces 10 free spins with a Red wheel guaranteed every time. In the bonus, the first spins brought a Mega Win, then a Red wheel stacked a 105x multiplier on a small line win. Two wheels on the same spin later built a 30x total, and on the ninth free spin two Red wheels together reached 510x, which produced a Super Mega Win. The last spin added a 20x hit, and the round ended with €1,974, almost exactly the price of the buy.

RTP, Volatility And Bets

The base RTP is 96.27%. A bonus won in the base game returns 96.32% if you never gamble and 96.27% if you always gamble twice. The volatility meter on the intro screen is full, and the buy menu labels the Wicked FeatureSpins as extreme, so long dry spells are part of the deal. The hit rate is about 17%, which means roughly one winning spin in six. Bets go from €0.10 to €2,000, feature buys can go above that, and some markets cap the stake. The 20,666x max win is available in every mode, and the round ends at once when it is reached.

Who Will Enjoy It

Epic SixSixSix is made for high-risk players who like simple line slots with one wild mechanic on top. The wheels keep every spin a little tense, the Deal with the Devil adds a real decision, and the High Roller FeatureSpins are as extreme as Hacksaw gets. If you prefer steady small wins, this one will feel harsh; if you chase rare, huge multipliers, it is one of the strongest games of the month.
