Golden Crab OverviewGolden Crab is a fish-shooting game from KA Gaming. It has no reels or paylines: you control a cannon at the bottom of the screen and fire at sea creatures that swim across an underwater arena, and every creature you catch pays a multiple of the shot value. The casinos listed it from 3 April 2024, and it is named after its biggest target – a giant golden crab that crawls across the play area. The ArenaThe game takes place on a rocky sea floor lit by lava cracks and glowing coral. Up to four players can share a table: the empty seats in our screenshots show “Waiting for Player” tags, and in one image a second player has joined the room. Your own cannon sits at the bottom centre with your name and the current shot value, which we kept at $1.00 using the plus and minus buttons beside it. TargetsThe screen fills with fish of different sizes, from small silver fish to larger sharks, a pink shell and a red treasure chest. The golden crab itself takes up a large part of the screen, and our screenshots show it from several sides as it moves around the arena. What a Big Catch Looks LikeOne of our shots triggered a burst of gold coins across the whole screen, with individual catches showing $35.00, $20.00, $8.00 and $3.00 on a $1 shot – the $35 catch equals 35x the shot. Another image shows a blue lightning weapon firing chain bolts that hit several targets at once. Weapons and ControlsOn the right side of the screen are three buttons: Unlock, Auto for automatic firing, and Power. On the left a panel announces weapons marked “Coming”, including a golden gun and a hammerhead-shark weapon. The balance and your player ID sit in the bottom right corner. Shot Value and BalanceThe demo runs on free-play credit, which lets you follow how the balance moves shot by shot. Across our screenshots it went from 100,102.00 to 99,951.00 and 99,940.00 while we fired at $1 per shot, then back up to 100,085.00 after the coin burst. That swing is typical of the format: most shots cost the shot value without a catch, and a single big target can repay dozens of them at once. Playing TogetherBecause the table is shared, other players’ shots appear on the same screen. Their cannons take the empty seats at the top, and their catches do not affect your balance. In our session one other player joined for a short time and the remaining seats stayed open. NumbersThe listing gives Golden Crab a 96% RTP and a maximum win of 500x. No volatility rating is published. Who It Is ForGolden Crab suits players who like the arcade feel of fish games, where aiming and timing replace spinning reels.
