Lokum Rush Overview

Lokum Rush is a cascading scatter-pays slot from Popiplay, released on 24 June 2026. It is set in a Turkish sweets shop: powdered lokum cubes, baklava, pistachio rolls and coconut balls fill a 6x5 grid, and 8 or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid pay. Popiplay publishes a 97.04% RTP, medium volatility and a maximum win of 10,000x the bet. Stakes run from 0.20 to 25 per spin.

Scatter Pays and Cascades

There are no paylines. After every win the winning symbols disappear, new ones drop in from above, and the refill continues as long as new wins appear. All wins from one spin are added together. The multiplier symbols are the exception: they stay on the grid during the cascades and are only applied once the sequence has finished.

The Paytable

The top four symbols are the pastries. At a 10.00 bet the paytable shows these values for 8, 9, 10, 11–12, 13–14 and 15+ symbols:

• Baklava: 25 / 40 / 50 / 100 / 200 / 2,000 – from 2.5x up to 200x
• Red lokum roll: 20 / 30 / 40 / 60 / 125 / 1,500 – 2x up to 150x

The jump at the top is striking: 13–14 baklava pay 20x, but 15 or more pay 200x. The coloured lokum cubes make up the lower end of the table.

Multipliers: Three Kinds

The multipliers are where the 10,000x comes from, and the rules describe three different symbols:

• Multiplier (Turkish coffee pot): carries 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x and appears in both the main game and free spins.
• Mystery Multiplier (sweets jar): hides a value of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x, which is revealed after the last cascade if the spin has a win.
• Multiplier Enhancer (lokum bowl): appears only in free spins, as a mystery symbol, and multiplies the combined value of all multipliers on the grid by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x. It only works if at least one multiplier is present.

When several multipliers land together, their values are added, not multiplied, and the sum is applied to the spin’s total win. Multipliers only count when there is a winning combination on the grid.

Where the 10,000x Comes From

The paytable and the multiplier rules together show how the ceiling can be reached. The best regular result is 15 or more baklava at 200x. A single 10x coffee pot on the same spin would turn that into 2,000x. Because multipliers are added, two 10x pots make x20, and in free spins a Multiplier Enhancer can multiply that sum again by up to 10x. The x4 and x5 pair from our own spin already shows the principle: two modest values combine into x9. The 10,000x cap is therefore a free spins outcome, built from a big cascade and several multipliers landing together.

Free Spins

The scatter is the shopkeeper in a red fez. Four or more anywhere trigger the bonus:

• 4 scatters: 10 free spins
• 5 scatters: 15 free spins
• 6 scatters: 20 free spins

Free spins can be retriggered with the same scatter counts. During the feature multiplier symbols can appear on every spin and the Multiplier Enhancer joins in. The grid changes too: the dark shop interior gives way to a warm orange backdrop with palm leaves.

Bonus Buy and Chance Booster

Two options sit on the left of the reels. The Bonus Buy panel promises “10, 15, or 20 Free Spins with up to 10x multipliers”, and at a 10.00 bet it costs 1,000.00 – 100x the bet. The number of spins is chosen at random.

What Our Spins Showed

With the booster switched on, one spin landed two coffee pots, an x4 and an x5, alongside two scatters. By the rules the two values are added together, which makes x9 for that spin’s win.

Another boosted spin brought four scatters into view, and the shop cat climbed up the side of the grid as the anticipation animation. In the free spins that followed, the counter reached 12/15. In another round the counter showed 11/20, and cascades paid 10.00 and 25.00 within one spin while the total for the round stood at 50.00.
