Lotus Wild Diamonds Overview

Lotus Wild Diamonds is a five-reel, four-row video slot from Inbet with up to 50 paylines and a spreading wild that turns its neighbours wild too. It was released on 26 September 2024, alongside the studio’s Jungle Rush and Lotus Jungle Gems, and some catalogues list it under the ABXplay label.

Gems in the Undergrowth

The game uses the same dark rainforest backdrop as its two sister titles, with palm leaves hanging over the reels and a gold title bar at the top.

The symbol set is smaller than in Jungle Rush. The premium symbols are a golden-helmeted gorilla, a tiger and a black panther; the lower symbols are cut gems in red, purple, amber and blue.

The wild is the familiar glowing blue lotus. There is no scatter and no free spins round – the whole game is built around what the lotus does.

Lines and Bet Settings

Lotus Wild Diamonds plays on a 5x4 grid with a map of 50 paylines, and the number of active lines can be changed with the LINES box beside the bet. Catalogue data gives a stake range of 0.10 to 500 per spin.

As in the other games of this set, the message bar under the reels tells you how many lines paid on each spin, which makes it easy to follow how a win was built.

The Paytable

With one credit on each line, the paytable lists these prizes for three, four and five of a kind:

Gorilla – 50, 100 and 500. Tiger and panther share a row – 10, 50 and 100.

Red and purple gems pay 5, 25 and 50; amber and blue gems pay 4, 20 and 40.

The gorilla is in a class of its own. Five gorillas on a line are worth five times as much as five tigers, and even three gorillas pay 50 – as much as five of the best gems.

The session confirms the table is paid per line. One spin with three gorillas on the left of the grid paid 150 on three lines – exactly 50 per line – and another paid 45 on nine lines, which is nine lines of three red gems at 5 each.

Because the values are per line, the table also shows the ceiling of a single line: five gorillas at one credit per line pay 500, which is 25 times the 20 total bet in our session. With wilds spreading, several lines can pay at once, so a single spin can pay more than that – but the game does not publish where it ends.

The Spreading Lotus Wild

The lotus substitutes for all symbols, and it comes with a rule the paytable states in one line: all neighbouring symbols of the wild’s position become wild.

In practice this means a single lotus can turn into a block of wilds. Our captures show exactly that: a lotus in the middle of the grid surrounded by further lotuses on the second, third and fourth reels, filling most of the centre of the board.

The catalogue describes the feature as Random Wilds and Additional Wilds, which fits what the reels show – the extra wilds are created by the spread, not by a separate bonus.

What the Session Paid

Most spins in our session were small: 45 on nine lines, 50 on a single spin with a row of lotuses, and 150 from the gorilla line.

The spread made the difference on the bigger wins. A row of three lotuses across the top of reels two to four helped a spin pay 325 on eight lines – just over 16 times the 20 bet.

The best result in our session was 700 across 14 lines, marked with a “Super Win” banner and worth 35 times the stake.

How It Compares With Its Sisters

Inbet released three jungle slots on the same day, and each one takes the same backdrop in a different direction. Jungle Rush adds a free games round with extra spins; Lotus Jungle Gems fixes the lines at 100 and adds two cash scatters.

Lotus Wild Diamonds is the simplest of the three. It has no scatters at all, and everything rides on the spreading wild and the gorilla at the top of the table.
