Mysterious Hieroglyphs 3×3 Overview

Mysterious Hieroglyphs 3×3 is the compact edition of Inbet’s Egyptian slot Mysterious Hieroglyphs. Inbet’s own game list dates it to 19 May 2023; SlotCatalog gives 15 May. It plays on a 3x3 grid with a single payline across the middle row, marked by the PAYLINE arrow to the right of the reels. Inbet does not publish an RTP, volatility rating or maximum win for it.

The Paytable

The paytable runs down the left of the screen, so every value is visible while you play. At a bet of 10 it reads:

the hieroglyph book – 1,250 (125x the bet), the top prize
Anubis – 250 (25x), confirmed by our own spin below; the pharaoh, Nefertiti, the cobra and the pyramid share the other steps of 1,000, 500, 150 and 100
three As 50, three Ks 30, three Qs 20 and three Js 10 (1x)

At a bet of 1 the same table shows 125 down to 1, so every prize is an exact multiple of the stake.

Free Spins and the Wild

Three Free Spins symbols award 7 free spins. The Wild – a skull in a cobra headdress – appears in the free spins only and replaces all characters. SlotCatalog’s description adds that the free spins play on three lines instead of one.

From Our Session

At a bet of 10, three Anubis statues filled the payline and the 250 row lit up – 250, or 25x. Another spin put three Ks on the line, which the table values at 30 (3x). One spin also showed a Free Spins symbol on the top row, one short of the three needed.

Bets

The panel shows the coin as 1CR = 1FUN, and Inbet’s game list gives bet levels from 1 to 1,000; a MAX button sits next to the balance. SlotCatalog quotes €0.10 to €100 per spin.

One Line, Nine Symbols

With a single payline, the only thing that matters in the base game is the middle row: three matching symbols across it pay, and nothing on the top or bottom row counts. That makes every spin quick to read – the PAYLINE arrow points at the row, and the matching entry in the paytable column lights up when it pays. It also explains why the wild is kept for the free spins, where the extra lines give it more to complete.

The Mysterious Hieroglyphs Family

Inbet’s game list shows how the title has been reworked. The original Mysterious Hieroglyphs (October 2022) is a 20-line slot; the 3x3 and Pull Tabs editions followed on the same day in May 2023, and a Reel Respin version in June 2023. The same studio built a matching set around Nefertiti's Quest.

Look and Controls

The small grid sits between two black statues – a jackal on the left and a cat with a red collar on the right – with palm trees and a pyramid behind. HELP sits above the reels, and the bet arrows, AUTO and a large START button run down the right-hand side.
