Pawsome Plinko Overview

Pawsome Plinko is a plinko game from OneTouch, released on 29 August 2024. Balls drop through a triangle of pegs and land in a row of multiplier pockets. OneTouch lists an RTP of 97.05%, high volatility and a maximum win of 10,000x the bet; SlotCatalog rates the volatility as medium-high.

A Cat in a Cardboard Box

Reading the Board

The peg triangle starts with a few pegs at the top and widens row by row down to the pocket strip. Balls enter at the apex and bounce left or right at every row, which is why the centre pockets collect most of them. A results strip in the top left keeps a running list of the latest multipliers.

The Multiplier Pockets

The pockets along the bottom are symmetrical. From the edges inwards they read 300x, 32x, 3.5x, 1.2x, 1x, then 0.7x, 0.6x and 0.4x, down to 0.3x in the centre. Most balls end up near the middle, so the typical result is below the stake, and the big multipliers sit at the far edges.

Some pockets are colour-coded. The pink 1x pockets carry an FD label, which fits the Free Drops feature, and several blue pockets carry an X marker below them.

Golden Star Pegs

Four pegs on the board carry a golden star. According to OneTouch, these special pegs attach extra multipliers of up to 100x to a passing ball, can split a ball in two, or turn it into a Mystery ball that unlocks extra balls or multipliers. In one of our captures a ball lit up on a star peg, and in another several balls were on the board at once.

What Our Drops Paid

The results strip in the top left showed the typical pattern: x1, x0.6, x1, x0.3, x0.6 and x0.4. Our last wins were 0.60 and 0.40 on a 1.00 bet, and the balance moved from 4,997.00 to 4,989.60 over the session.

Free Drops and Mystery Balls

OneTouch groups the game’s extras around the star pegs. A ball that touches one can pick up an extra multiplier, split into two balls, or become a Mystery ball that reveals additional balls or multipliers. The feature list also includes a collection system for multipliers and extra balls, and the Free Drops feature, which the pink FD pockets appear to trigger. We did not see Free Drops start in our captures.

The Controls

The large orange paw button in the bottom right drops the balls. Next to it are the bet field, the last win and the balance, and a speed dial on the right edge controls how fast the balls fall. The sound and menu buttons sit in the top right, and the limits for the table are printed in the top left corner.

RTP and Volatility

An RTP of 97.05% is well above the usual level for slots, which is common for plinko games. OneTouch rates the volatility as high; SlotCatalog does not list an RTP and calls the volatility medium-high. In practice this means frequent small returns in the centre pockets and rare, much larger hits at the edges.

Who Should Play It

Pawsome Plinko suits players who enjoy fast plinko rounds with a high ceiling. The 97.05% RTP is generous, but the high volatility means most drops land on small multipliers, while the star pegs and the 300x edge pockets carry the big results.
