A Board In Deep Space

The board stands against a dark blue starfield, drawn entirely in glowing neon outlines. A launcher sits at the top between two angled chutes, the pin field fills the middle, and the payout row runs along the bottom. Small moons drift among the pins.

The centrepiece is the one thing that is not standard Plinko: a black hole spinning in the middle of the pin field, with the whole game named after the supernova that feeds it. Balls that pass near it do not travel in a straight line.

The Payout Row

The bottom of the board carries two rows of values. The lower one is the landing strip, and reading left to right it runs:

2x at the far left, then 0.4x three times, a run of 0x slots, a 0.2x near the centre, more 0x, then 0.4x three times and 2x at the far right.

That is the classic Plinko shape inverted in the most punishing way: the centre – where a ball is statistically most likely to land – pays nothing, and the edges pay the most. Every drop is a bet that the ball will be pushed outwards.

Above the landing strip sits a second, coloured row with much larger numbers on it:

The jump at the end is enormous – from 150 to a thousand, then twenty times again. That final x20,000 slot is what a 96% return is paying for, and it explains the high volatility rating on a game whose everyday results are fractions of a stake.

What Actually Lands
