Five Lines on a Small Grid

Nine positions and five lines make this one of the simplest layouts a modern slot can use. Our captures show wins on the middle row and on a diagonal running from the top-left corner to the bottom-right, the classic pattern for a three-by-three machine.

Because every line crosses the centre of the grid or one of its rows, a single symbol in the middle position takes part in most of the lines at once. That is why a full screen of one gem pays on all five lines together, and why the centre reel matters so much when the lightning collectors arrive there.

The screen is equally sparse. The demo balance, the demo bet and the win box sit in a single strip along the bottom, and nothing else competes with the grid and the jackpot plates.

The Base Game Wins

With only five lines on a nine-position grid, line wins are small and tidy. Three green pentagons on a line paid €60.00, and so did three purple triangles across the middle row. Both are 4x the bet.

The most striking base-game screen we captured was a grid completely filled with yellow hexagons. All five lines paid at once, yet the total was only €75.00, or 5x the stake. The lesson is clear: the gems pay modestly, and a full screen of one gem is a pleasant moment rather than a big win.

Coins with cash values also land during normal play. On one spin a coin marked €150.00 appeared next to a line win, and the screen announced €150.00 in total, so coins can add value outside the feature as well.

How the Coin Collector Works

The feature begins when coins and the blue lightning collector land together. In one capture, two coins worth €105.00 and €30.00 sat on the first reel as lightning arced across to the rest of the grid, and the feature was about to begin.

The next screen showed what the collector does. Blue lightning coins filled the middle reel, flanked by gold coins worth €105.00, €30.00, €30.00, €15.00, €15.00 and €30.00, with an x2 marker on one of the positions.

When the respins started, each of the three lightning coins on the middle reel displayed €255.00. The collectors had gathered the values around them, with the x2 marker adding to the sum.

The Respin Round and Multipliers

During the respin round, the grid turns red and every empty position shows a lightning bolt waiting to be filled. A counter on the right tracks the respins, starting at 3/3, and a total win box sits below it.

The key detail is the multiplier markers. Empty positions can carry x2 or x3 tags, and a coin that lands on one of those positions has its value multiplied. In one late capture, markers of x2, x3 and x2 sat on the left reel, while coins on the right reel carried x2 and x3 of their own.

In that same round, a single collector in the middle reel showed €495.00, which is 33x the bet on one symbol. With three respins resetting each time something new lands, collectors and multipliers can build on each other, and this is where the 20,000x ceiling lives.

The screenshots do not show which combination awards each fixed jackpot, so we cannot say exactly how the Grand is won. They do show that coin values grow fast once multipliers are in play.

What the Numbers Tell You

The base game here is deliberately thin. Line wins of 4x to 5x are the norm, and even a full screen of one gem stayed at 5x. Most of the game’s return is held back for the coin feature.

That feature is generous in structure. Collectors add up the coins around them, multipliers scale individual coins, and the respins reset. A collector at €255.00 or €495.00 is already worth 17x to 33x the bet on its own.

Our own session shows how uneven the rhythm is. The demo balance moved from €2,970.00 to €3,345.00 across our captures, with small line wins of €60.00 and €75.00 in between and the respin round providing the only real jumps.
